DRYWALL REPAIRS HAVE BEGUN!

Today 12-28-17

 Here is the "Action Plan"

  • 12-28-17 thru 01-05-18 Immediate repair 4-103 & 7-208
  • 01-08-18 thru 01-19-18 (4) FIREWALLS replaced
  • Read Carefully - We have 43 units that need MOLD REMEDIATION REDO, due to poor spore counts.  You will receive those unit numbers and mold redo schedule date shortly.
  • 01-22-18 > Forward, two drywall crews for buildings 6-10 and 5-1.  This will be an ongoing process.  The Association will do it's best to notify buildings weekly, as to their repairs.  Again, please do not call the office to find out progress on units, they will be posted on the website, post completion.

WE ARE ALSO AWAITING THE "GO AHEAD", FROM THE FIREWALL INSPECTOR, TO COMMENCE WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE 8 FIREWALLS. 

Every phase of a Firewall replacement, must have the verification and "sign off" from a Lee County Inspector.  This inspection takes place each time a Firewall is installed.  Acquiring everything from the permit, to checking the phases of the installation, unfortunately, does take time, due to the various inspections.  Thank you for your patience.
